Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the asistente.cloud platform.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using asistente.cloud, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
2. Service description
asistente.cloud provides a platform for creating, configuring and deploying AI-powered chatbots. The service includes:
- Creation and management of virtual assistants.
- Training with documents, text and web content.
- Appearance and behaviour customisation.
- Integration via embed code on websites.
3. User accounts
To use the service you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
- Distributing malicious, offensive or misleading content.
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering or compromising the security of the service.
5. Data protection (GDPR)
We process your personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The data controller is asistente.cloud. As a user, you have the right to:
- Training data is owned by the user and is not used to train our own models.
- Access, rectify, erase and port your personal data.
- Object to processing and request its restriction at any time.
- We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
- To exercise your rights or lodge a complaint with the AEPD, write to us at legal@asistente.cloud.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, including code, design, logos and documentation, is owned by asistente.cloud or its licensors. Content generated by user chatbots belongs to the user.
7. Limitation of liability
asistente.cloud is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of chatbots or responses generated by artificial intelligence.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users and will take effect from the date of publication.
9. Third-party AI providers
To deliver the service, asistente.cloud uses external AI provider APIs (including Anthropic and OpenAI). By using the platform, you acknowledge that:
- Messages and data processed by chatbots may be transmitted to these providers to generate responses.
- Each provider applies its own privacy and data-use policies, available on their respective websites.
- We do not transmit end-user personally identifiable data to these providers unless the chatbot conversation itself includes it.
10. Cancellation and billing
Regarding subscription and payment management:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the user panel; access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
- Payments already made are non-refundable, except in cases of technical error attributable to asistente.cloud.
- In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service with prior notice.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Spanish and European law, in particular:
- Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI).
- EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
- For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Spain, unless consumer protection regulations provide for a different jurisdiction.
