asistente.cloud provides a platform for creating, configuring and deploying AI-powered chatbots. The service includes:
- Creation and management of virtual assistants.
- Training with documents, text and web content.
- Appearance and behaviour customisation.
- Integration via embed code on websites.
3. User accounts
To use the service you must create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the security of your password and account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for:
- Illegal activities or activities that violate the rights of third parties.
- Distributing malicious, offensive or misleading content.
- Attempting to access systems or data without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering or compromising the security of the service.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable regulations:
- Training data is owned by the user.
- We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
- You can request the deletion of your data at any time.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content, including code, design, logos and documentation, is owned by asistente.cloud or its licensors. Content generated by user chatbots belongs to the user.
7. Limitation of liability
asistente.cloud is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of chatbots or responses generated by artificial intelligence.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to users and will take effect from the date of publication.
