How do I create a chatbot?

Log in to your dashboard, click "New bot" and follow the creation wizard. In a few minutes your chatbot will be configured and ready.

Can I customise the widget appearance?

Yes. In the "Appearance" tab you can change colours, logo, welcome message, avatar and many other visual aspects.

What file formats are accepted for training?

You can upload documents in PDF, TXT, DOCX, CSV, Markdown and other text formats. The system will automatically process the content.

How do I embed the chatbot on my website?

Go to the "Embed" tab of your chatbot and copy the code snippet provided. Paste it into your HTML before the closing </body> tag.

Is there a conversation limit?

Limits depend on your plan. You can check the details of your current plan from your account settings.
